group classes(kids)
Our youth physical training program follows the national team standards for developing young athletes, with scientific age divisions: Ages 7-11 focus on developing basic physical fitness and sports awareness. Children in this age group are at a crucial stage of physical development, so the focus should be on building fundamental fitness through engaging and enjoyable activities to spark their interest in sports. Sports awareness includes teamwork and sports intelligence.
Memory: Athletes generally have excellent memory, with training often requiring photographic-like accuracy in recalling details.
Decision-making: In many competitions, athletes need to make judgments within seconds, quickly reacting and making decisions under pressure.

Ages 12-16: Developing Athletic Performance
At this stage, it's important to differentiate the potential athletic level each child can achieve, with athletic performance being one of the key metrics. Children in this age group will gradually distinguish themselves as competitive, combative, or self-expressive athletes. Due to physiological development differences, more specialized and personalized training programs are needed to match their increasingly advanced physical capabilities. At this stage, increasing intensity and difficulty helps in the comprehensive development of their physical fitness, including explosive power, strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility.
These training elements are all comprehensively included in our regular physical training classes.

cutting edge technology
Coaches can access and manage student data, link devices, and schedule courses based on exercise and physical assessment data, enabling a more accurate understanding of the student's condition and providing more professional fitness guidance.
Monitor each member's maximum heart rate percentage, calories burned, real-time heart rate, and accumulate stage duration to provide a visually tangible representation of their fitness progress. This helps in effectively controlling exercise intensity, mitigating workout risks, and avoiding accidents.
